KeyItems
AI-assisted marketplace listing manager — add and update product listings across channels from one catalog.

What this application does
KeyItems manages one product catalog and publishes it outward. It supports connections to multiple marketplaces — including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Magento, and Mirakl-based channels — creating listings and pushing price and inventory updates from a single place, with per-connection testing and on-demand sync. Additional channels are in planned integration.
Highlights
- One catalog as the source of truth for multi-channel listings
- Listing creation and price/inventory updates pushed per channel
- Per-channel connections with test, authorize & sync controls
Case study
Business problem
Listing the same catalog on several marketplaces meant duplicate data entry per channel, and price or stock changes had to be repeated everywhere — slow, error-prone, and easy to let drift out of sync.
Our role
End-to-end: design, development, marketplace API integrations, deployment, and operation.
Architecture
Catalog-centric web application with per-channel connector modules built on each marketplace’s official APIs; connection health testing built in; containerized with CI/CD on self-managed private cloud infrastructure.
Outcomes
- Removes per-channel duplicate listing entry — products are entered once
- Price and inventory changes propagate to connected channels instead of being re-keyed
- Connection test controls surface broken integrations before they cause listing errors
Deployment model
Self-hosted on private cloud infrastructure (containerized), operated internally.
Security controls
Marketplace API credentials stored server-side in a secrets store, scoped per connection; authenticated user accounts; no customer payment data handled by the system.
Current status
Internal business application.
